Founded in St. John’s, NL, trophi.ai is building the intelligence layer for high-skill performance.
Kairos™, our AI instruction platform, captures expert judgment and brings it into the moments where people train, perform, and make critical decisions. From sim racing to aviation, simulation, and live operations, we’re building technology that helps people perform at a higher level by putting expert instruction beside them when it matters most.
Our roots are in sim racing, where millions of instructional sessions have shaped how we think about real-time performance. Today, we’re applying that experience to increasingly complex training and operational environments.
Our ambition is simple: make the judgment of the world’s best experts available wherever performance happens.
If you want to help redefine how people learn and perform, welcome to trophi.ai.
